Breathing New Life into an Historic Church!

The old floors in our Trinity Church Hall and Choir Room hadn’t been upgraded for nearly 70 years, but today they were given a new life by Millennial Contracting and we couldn't be happier. These new floors provide a noble dignity to a space which brings our community together from all walks of life. If you'd like to see them for yourself, be sure to stop by on Sunday morning at 11:00am for our usual worship service followed by refreshments in the Hall! Stay tuned - this is just the beginning!

Washroom Project Begins!

Today's the day! Construction has begun here at Trinity Church, Cornwall, on the new washrooms. Months of hard work and dedication from the Centre 105, Millennial Contracting, Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, and our Saint Lawrence Parish teams is beginning to take shape, and we are so excited to see how this will unfold. This is just one Good News story in our community that can happen when we hold onto hope in a meaningful way. Stay tuned and journey with us through this project!

Lenten Book Study

Join us on Zoom (Tuesdays at 7:00pm) throughout Lent as we read together the popular book by former Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, “Tokens of Trust: An Introduction to Christian Belief”.

“What does it mean to believe in God? Can God possibly be almighty in the midst of so much evil and disaster? How am I to understand the meaning of Jesus Christ’s ministry and resurrection? To what purpose is the church called? And what does it really mean to follow Christ in today’s broken world?

“Tying the answers to all these questions together and addressing perplexities such as the possibility of miracles and how to read the Bible, Williams demonstrates that each of the basic tenets of Christian faith flows from one fundamental belief: that God is completely worthy of our trust.

“With vast knowledge of Christian history and theology and characteristically elegant prose, Rowan Williams is a superb and compassionate guide through the richness and depth of Christian faith.”

The Zoom link for the book study is below. Feel free to save the link somewhere convenient as this link will be used every time.
